Shipping Area and Cost

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free standard shipping is included with every order. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that changes to the order or delivery address can be made.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated to take 3–8 business days after dispatch.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

After your order has been dispatched, tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing activity on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If your delivery address needs to be corrected, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Additional delivery costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays may occur because of severe weather, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

These delays may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

Lost Packages and Delivery Issues

• Tracking has shown no movement for 7 business days; or

• Tracking shows the package as delivered, but you cannot locate it.

Please include your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
