Where Does Nookmead Ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

After your order has been dispatched, standard delivery is estimated to take 3–8 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances affecting delivery.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

We can cancel or change an order only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or changed, and our Return Policy will apply.

What Is the Return Window?

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused

• Complete

• In its original packaging

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days after delivery.

How Can I Pay?

We currently accept major credit and debit cards through the Card payment option displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is provided by Airwallex and its payment partners. Available card brands may change and will be displayed during checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
